CargoMon Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of the CargoMon mobile application ("Service") provided by Dongle.

2. Definitions

• User: A Shipper or Forwarder who agrees to these Terms
• Shipper: A user who requests international freight quotes
• Forwarder: A user who submits quotes in response to shipper requests
• RFQ: Request for Quotation
• Content: Messages, quotes, profile data, and other materials you post or transmit

3. Acceptance and Changes

1. These Terms take effect when you accept them in the app.
2. We may update these Terms as required by law. Material changes will be announced in-app and may require re-acceptance.
3. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may stop using the Service.

4. Service Description

CargoMon provides:

1. Reference freight rate lookup (Freightos integration)
2. RFQ creation and quote exchange between shippers and forwarders
3. Online chat via the Nostr protocol
4. Offline proximity chat via Bluetooth mesh (Forwarder feature)
5. Profile management and notifications

Note: Displayed rates are reference ranges only. Final pricing is determined through forwarder quotes and contracts.

5. User Obligations

You must not:

1. Submit false quotes, fraud, or illegal cargo requests
2. Collect or misuse others' personal data
3. Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
4. Interfere with normal operation of the Service
5. Abuse APIs through automated tools

6. Identity and Keys

1. CargoMon generates and stores a Nostr key pair on your device.
2. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.
3. Key recovery may be limited if your device is lost; secure your device.

7. Paid Services (CargoMon Forwarder Pro)

1. Some forwarder features (e.g., quote submission) may require a paid Pro subscription.
2. Pricing, renewal, and refunds follow Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
3. Cancel subscriptions through your store's subscription management.

8. Intellectual Property

We own rights to the Service UI, branding, and software. You retain rights to your Content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and transmit it as needed to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimer

1. We are not a party to transport contracts between users.
2. We are not liable for outages caused by networks, Nostr relays, or Bluetooth unless due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. Reference rate accuracy depends on third-party (Freightos) data.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts at our principal place of business.
