About CargoMon
CargoMon connects shippers and forwarders for international freight quotes, RFQ exchange, and secure chat (online via Nostr and offline via Bluetooth mesh for forwarders).
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a freight quote?
Create an RFQ with cargo details. Forwarders can submit quotes. Displayed reference rates (Freightos) are indicative only; final pricing comes from forwarder quotes.
How do I contact support?
Email cargomon@trinity.li with your app version, device model, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
How do I delete my data?
You can edit profile data in-app. For full deletion requests, email cargomon@trinity.li from the address linked to your profile.
Push notifications not working?
Check device Settings > Notifications > CargoMon. Ensure you allowed notifications when prompted in the app.
Bluetooth mesh chat
Available for forwarders in supported builds. Range is approximately 100 m and varies by environment. Requires Bluetooth permission.
